      • Oral Presentation Guidelines

        • Each oral presentation will last 12 minutes (9 minutes presentation,3 minutes Q&A).
        • Please proceed to the service desk outside the conference hall (LT-G) on the morning of June 5th, during the lunch break, or the tea break before your presentation. With the assistance of staff, please upload your presentation to the conference computer.
        • Your presentation should be in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format. A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended.
        • Please name your file in the format: "Presentation Date _ Your Name".
        • If your presentation contains video, audio, or any special format, please inform the organizing committee in advance.
        • Presentations should be delivered in English. You may not use your own computer during your presentation.

        Poster Presentation Guidelines

        • Posters must be printed in portrait A0 format: 841 mm (width)× 1189 mm (height) / 33.1 inches × 46.8 inches.
        • Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them to the conference venue.
        • Installation materials are available at the service desk outside the conference hall (LT-G).
        • Each presenter will receive a poster number (ID, see "ISUCE_Handbook.pdf") corresponding to the designated display board.
        • Posters should be mounted after registration on the morning of June 5th.
        • All posters should be removed by the afternoon of June 6th. Any remaining posters will be discarded.
